Art and Craft Application

Date: Saturday, October 23, 2004 - 7am until
Location: Town Square (booth map will be mailed)
Time: Set up early as you like and stay as late as you like (must be set up before 8:30 am)
Parking: No vehicles allowed in the craft area after 8:30am (there will be a reserved parking area)
Qualification: You must hand make, grow or produce 50% of art and craft displayed or sold
Booths: Limited outdoor marked spaces (bring table, chairs and tent)
Cost: $30.00 12X12 booth (area reserved for crafters with tents)
         $25.00 9X16 booth (no tents allowed in this area)
         $10.00 Electricity hook up - additional charge (bring heavy duty ext cord)

The Craft area has moved to the Town Square and all booths are limited!

Please note: Booth can not be reserved without signature and payment by the deadline of September 15th. You must hand make, grow or produce at least 50% of the arts and crafts being sold to qualify for a booth. Booth number map will be mailed to you by October 15th. No receipt will be sent, please make a copy for your records. Fees are non-refundable. All spaces are limited and are assigned on a first come basis. Parking spaces are limited. The undersigned hereby releases and indemnifies and agrees to hold harmless the Town of Ridge Spring, the Harvest Festival Committee and workers, their successors and assigns, on account of damage, injury, or theft to undersigned's property and/or personal injury which they may sustain while engaged at the festival craft site on October 23, 2004.
